How Can Bipolar Disorder With Cyclical Depression And Anxiety Be Treated?
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am taking 800mg daily for bipolar , at times to control cyclic depression i consume Antidep 25mg daily for a week & discontinue after controlling the anxity & develop confidence, mine is hyomenia experience.

Bipolar disorder has two pole..mania is one end and depression in other end. In bipolar patients mood used to swing from one end to other. For bipolar depression besides mood stabilizer Quitiapine is now the preferred drug in a dose ranging from200mg to 800 mg... Fixed dose combination of Olanzapine and Fluoxetine is approved by FDA. Lamotrigine works better than valproate or lithium in bipolar depression. But no need of change of mood stabiliser.
