Hello,

You were gaining weight every day when you were on depot. Now you are off it. Presently your pregnancy test is negative but you can feel movements in your abdomen just like when you used to be pregnant. You can get a repeat urine test for pregnancy done or you can get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal check up done to detect bulky uterus.

You may be suggested to do a USG to rule out any ectopic pregnancy, you will be accordingly treated. Since you have gained weight, switch to boiled food, exercises and walking in the morning and evening. Cut on sugar, trans fat, cheese, full fat dairy products, packaged food, fast food, fried food, spicy junk food, refined flour, etc.

Take home made fresh nutritious food, well cooked whole cereals, veggies, fruits, lean meat, small fishes cooked in olive oil. Strict diet control will help to maintain healthy weight. You can use condoms and contraceptive pills for birth control. You can consult your health care provider to consider the device / method that suits you best. Stay away from addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
