Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of black spot on the face which is due to hyperpigmentation of skin and excessive exposure to sunlight and hyperactive sebaceous glands which produce excessive sebum is another cause for this.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to
- Drink plenty of water.
- Use medicated sunscreen such as Tancare rich in SPF 30.
- Don't use any cosmetics containing much chemicals. Avoid use of topical steroids.
- Apply mashed potatoes on these pigments.
- Apply topical application of Saslic DS which is face wash you should use regularly and gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night time.
You should visit dermatologist once and get yourself examined. Recent methods are used for black spot includes chemical peeling, dermabrasion, and dermaroller.
Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
