Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to parasites infection. Metronidazole (Flagyl ) is a preferred medication to treat this infection which we recommend in daily practice.

Another possible treatment the combination of sulphmetoxazole and trimethoprim. These are prescribed medication, so you should consult your doctor first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
