How Can Blood Pressure, Lightheadedness With Hand Tingling Be Treated?

My husband left work today cuz his bp is 170/30 and he don't feel good! The nurse suggested that he visit his doctor! Of course, he don't listen and is resting at home! I don't understand blood pressure so can u explain what this means! He's lightheaded and is having tingling in his right hand(not arm) just his hand! He also has a headache! Thankyou!

Sorry to hear of your husband's health issue. Your husband's blood pressure is high that's why he is these symptoms. He needs to see a physician get the appropriate tests and medication to avoid his blood pressure from getting further high. He risks developing a cardiovascular event with continuous increase of blood pressure without medication. I hope he gets better soon. Best regards
