How Can Blood Sugar Levels Be Controlled ?
Dear SIR This is aaaa my bllod sugar is very high fasting bllo sugar is 350 and post lunch is 490 my age is 28 un married what to do sir last week i checked my sugar levels fasting 120 post lunch 170 but with in one week my bllo sugar become high i am not eating sweets , friuts but it become high .i am going to zym and doing lot os execises my hand muscle also improves very nice .

It is very likely that you might have diabetes.
Go for GTT (Glucose Tolerance test ) and HbA1 test to confirm or rule out diabetes.
Elevated blood sugar fasting or post lunch is not diagnostic.
