I recently had a blood sugar test and the results were at 6. My doctor prescribed metformin but I wan unable to tolerate it. She took me off and i am watching my diet. I test my blood sugar daily and it has been running between 103 and tonight it was 116. Is this too high?

Just follow a low carbohydrates diet, exercise regularly, avoid eating refined sugars, soft drinks, sweets. Monitor blood sugars frequently you can manage well.
