How Can Blood Work Be Interpreted To Treat Thyroid Issues While On Birth Control Pills?

I recently had blood work for my thyroid and i dont understand the results. These were the things that has a high or low symbol next to them. Also my ths test showed references to pregnant females, do they always show that or should i be worried. These were my results. My level is 12.8. my platelet count is 133. my monocytes absolute are 150. my monocytes is 3.My ths is 2.47 and my t4 free is 1.2. i am on birth control im unsure if that will affect these results. I am 5 2 140 lbs 19 year old female.
