I have vitiligo, white patches on my legs, stomach, chest, hands, back and they are now appearing on my face and basically I'm freaking out. My GP isn't too well versed in the disorder and there is so much information online I need to not what the best treatment to try is, I know there is no cure unfortunately
Vitiligo is a chronic relapsing autoimmune skin disease with genetic tendency. You have to keep patience for the good result,as it takes long time to get repigmentation.
I would recommend as follow...
- trioxsalen tab 25 mg daily in morn - levamisole 50 mg daily at night - application of tacrolimus 0.1% at night on the lesions - trioxsalen lotion application on the lesions followed by sunexposure at noon
