How Can Borderline Hepatomegaly Be Treated For A Person Consuming Alcohol Regularly?
I am 29 yrs old male.i had history of jaundice one year ago and it cured. Now i have border line hepatomegaly.since last month i consumed alcohol 5 to 6 times.is any treatment need for this condition. How can i overcome this condition
I understand your concern. Borderline hepatomegaly is just the right moment you should get the hint your body is desperately trying to give you and give up alcohol once and for all. This may be your last warning before your liver goes into full blown disease. The enlargement of the liver at this stage is reversible IF and only IF the cause is identified and removed. Change of lifestyle and regular follow ups with your doctor are the sensible thing to do.
I hope this helps. Wishing you good health and all the best
