I came down with the same flu 3 weeks ago here in So cal that everyone go,t some not as sever, no appetite for two days exhausted slight vomiting the upper sinus and chest infection I still hve slight mausea dreen mucus cough and a slightly leaky gut where feces just comes out in small amounts on its own im 70

You may be suffering from acute gastroenteritis, food intolerance, or colitis etcetera.
Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking and caffeine drinks. Use probiotics twice a day for five days and drink plenty of Oral rehydration solution (ORS) liquids. Also, use tablet Oflox Ornidazole twice a day for five days.
If your symptoms has not come down or developed allergy to above drug, then please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
