How Can Bowel Incontinence Be Treated?

Is there anything new on the horizon for bowel urgency/incontinence? My anal sphincter was torn during childbirth of my daughter in 1986 and return by my son’s birth 1988. I have had problems of urgency since 1991. I have seen various doctors along the years, but the answer is the same. ‘If you can deal with it...do”. There is really no good solution and the Sphincteroplasty does not have reliable results. In 2010, I had a Secca procedure that did nothing. I’ve done biofeedback...nothing. Quality of life suffers...travel is hard;mornings are rough. Help!
