How Can Breathing Difficulty After A Double Bypass Surgery Be Treated?

my name is Tom. I m57yrs. old I had a double bypass in april of 2012. the day after the surgery the doctor wanted for me to stand and take a short walk in the hall. But as soon as I stood up I started gasping for air. I really got very scared. they told me to lay back down and they put the oxygen mask back on. everything was okay as long as I had the oxy mask on. they wanted to release the following day but my wife got upset and told them that I couldn t breathe normal. finally they cut me open from on my back on my upper left side. I have a like a 12 incition on my back which is always in pain. I didn t have a problem breathing before the surgery. I have to manipulate my breathing when I go to bed . there are times I can t sleep at all. Can you please help me with this dilemma .
