How Can Breathing Difficulty And Fatigue Be Treated?
For about the last 2 weeks I have been very tired during the day when I try and lay down for a nap or rest. I feel like I am about ready to fall asleep then I get the feeling that I can t breathe sometimes other times I have a hard heavy breathing. I am 6 6 240lbs 46yrs old

You should check the total blood count. Iron deficiency anemia usually gives fatigue. Also you can check the thyroid hormone levels T3, T4, TSH. Hypothyroidism always gives fatigue.
