How Can Breathing Difficulty Be Treated?

Yes, the doctors said that I have breathing problems and allergies and need to take a steroid inhaler every day for the rest of my life. However, the steroids in the inhalers always give me more problems. I believe in natural supplements and natural foods. What do you advise me to do.?

Hi,

First of all, to treat it needs to find cause otherwise, nothing will help.

It can be from anemia, chest infection, allergy, the heart disorder.

Tell me more about yourself if you have any of these problems.

Yes, the inhaler is used but for symptomatic relief. You may need vitamins, antibiotics and other drugs as well.

Try natural foods they help to build immunity and reduce chances of infection. There is nothing wrong in that.

But I suggest you report to the emergency room for proper evaluation and accordingly you would be treated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
