General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your financial problems but following work up should be done in your case:

-Auscultation most important examination first to be done to hear any abnormal sound.
-CBC to check anemia.
-EKG to rule out cardiac problem.
-If all normal, then respiratory system problem ruled out by x-ray and spirometry.

According to cause specific treatment can be given. Consult a pulmonologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
