How Can Breathlessness And Wheezing Be Treated Apart From Taking Ventoline HFA?

hello. im 22 years old male, student and im suffaring from shorting of breath many time during a day and its associated with wheeze when i try to push out air in my lung but no wheeze during normal breath i think it start after trip to cold mountain . i went to doctor he sent me for cxr and said normal lung and heart size.i took trail of ventoline but there was not much improvement.what should i do now please

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to anxiety.Anyway, I would first recommend performing pulmonary function tests in order to exclude possible asthma.
