General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to contact/allergic dermatitis, folliculitis, molluscum contagiosm, vaginal infection, vesicle
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, swab test and STD screening test to confirm the cause
Doctor will give following advises:
Apply warm pad application, take frequent hot bath
Apply mupirocin ointment
Other treatment will depend on the specif cause
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Wear pure cotton loose inner and change it after work out
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
