How Can Caffeine Addiction Be Reduced?

is there a faster way to deal with caffeine addiction? (I ve been drinking excessive amounts of energy drinks and caffeinated sodas and now when I don t drink a soda or coffee or something with caffeine my body is in so much pain. it ll hurt to even lift myself up, I get bad migraines, etc. it almost feels like a kidney infections until I drink caffeine then it all stops.)

In my opinion, you need caffeine deaddiction.
If you stop caffeine suddenly, all these symptoms are bound to occur.
So you should gradually decrease the caffeine intake.
For this, you should consult psychiatrist to assist you in this deaddiction process.
Counselling done by psychiatrist plays very important role in deaddiction.
You will also need anxiolytic drugs like propranolol and flunarizine to control withdrawal symptoms like pain, weakness, migraine like headache etc.
Don't worry, you will be alright and become caffeine free. This will take at least 2-3 months.
So consult psychiatrist and discuss all these.
