Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

I guess this problems is there since infancy itself, and not a recent onset one. From what you said, this is likely an uncorrected clubfoot. At this age, this will need a minor procedure called Achilles tendon release, where the stiff tendon is loosened. Calf muscle hemangioma will cause chronic leg pain, and sometimes a lump palpable. It is confirmed with MRI scanning. Right now you need not worry about that now.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
