General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As the lymph nodes are involved, it is an advanced stage cancer and no more surgical procedure is possible. Consult an oncologist and plan for chemo or radio therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
