How Can Cardiomegaly Be Treated?
I m 37 year old male. I had an enlargement heart due 2 major drug use I stoped using drugs and taking ace inhibitors and two types of water pills. I feel great haven t had any shortness of breath or feeling weak I plan to go back to work in the oilfields next week my question is can my heart return to normal I have good blood pressure

It is not about the size of heart returning to normal you should bother about rather your functioning of heart. As per your history you have no breathlessness or gasping nor increases heart rate after changing tabs. You seem to have improved. Get an ECHO done for further confirmation.
