How Can Cat Scratch Fever Be Treated?

my cat tested positive for bartonella. i m guessing the odds that i have cat scratch fever are extremely high. i have been very tired and dingy lately and it is driving me a tad batty. besides my lymphodes being swollen the dinginess is what is hard. i don t have insurance so going to a doctor or clinic is proving to be expensive and timely. what do you suggest?
