How Can Chaffing Of Skin In The Groin Area Be Treated?

I was operated beacause of infection between my test.. and thigh joint .. now after 3 to 4 years i felt slight swelling and applied 2 to 3 times fucidin cream . Swelling stopped all well but that skin was very thin and now tear and open half an inch .. no bleeding no pain . Even hard pressing .. what should i do to get healed ?
