How Can Chafing Between Inner Thighs Towards The Scrotum Area Be Treated?
I work outside construction during hot weather I experience chaffing between my inner thighs ... mostly up toward the scrotum area. I do wear compression shorts and use gold bond powder and still experience great pain by the end of the day. please help
