How Can Chest Congestion And Post Nasal Drip Be Treated?

I have suffered from chest congestion and cough the last 2 weeks made worse by post nasal drip I have allergies to dust-that much i know- and have HBP the dr here has given me singular which works for about 12 hours is there any med with HBP I can take to help when nasal drip reappears I am affected by weather changes and the air quality

Based on the history you have shared, you can continue singular however addition of another traditional anti histamines like Cetrizine or Loratidine. Also an ENT specialist review should be done atleast to rule out any structural cause of recurrent upper respiratory tract involvement signs.
