All athletes have big cests thats because they run much and they do chest exercises so their
rib cage grows and their lungs go big and expand much and over all their chest expands plus size of your tapizius(wings) and pectoralis muscles dront chest muscles also add to the chest expansion
Suggestion:
(1)start cardio exercise
2-Start running fast ...fist you will run one minute and then your stamina will increase and you will reach even 10 minutes,and your chest expansion will also increase with it.
3- Join gym and do chest exercises
4- Don't smoke
5-Run as fast and as long as you can do it for some months you will see the change
