How Can Chest Pressure, Back Pain, Acid Reflux And General Fatigue In A 59-year-old Woman, Diagnosed With Hiatal Hernia, Be Treated?

I am a 59 year old woman and have been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. Lately I ve been experiencing chest pain and/or pressure, a little back pain, acid reflux and general fatigue. My Dr told me to take a zantac once daily at night. It helped at the beginning but now I am taking Rolaids in addition to that. Should I go to the ER or make an appointment with my gastroenterologist?
