Hello,

Cetaphil is a good lotion that can be used. So can calamine lotion. In my opinion, you should avoid applying it on open wounds.

Keep her well hydrated and avoid contact with other kids. Help prevent your daughter from scratching at the vesicles, to minimize scarring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pranav Balakrishnan
