How Can Chronic UTI Be Treated?

Hi I have been getting chronic UTIs at lest once or twice a month for a year My doctor gives me a sulfur med and it gets better but always comes back I drink lots of water I’m very careful with hygiene I take cranberry pills I’m 49 and sometimes they are so bad I have blood in my urine Why is this happening ? And what can be done ?

do the kidney function tests

drink upto 39 ml water per kg body weight
