Welcome to HCM
Laxatives can help relieve constipation, put prolonged use of it can cause structural or functional impairment of enteric nerves or intestinal smooth muscle(become lazy)
Chronic constipation becomes an emergency,if you experiencing intense abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting every time you eat or drink something.
You can deal with this problem easily if you:
-Go to the bathroom at the same time each morning
-Don't ignore the urge to go to bath.
-stress can interfere with relaxation of the whole body, including the bowels,be relax.
-Increase Fluids, more than 9 cups per day approximately 2 liter
-Add fiber to your diet (fruit and vegetable)
