I understand your concern.
If this the first time you are experiencing it and your history is just of 5-6 days ,I recommend ,
- take
stool softener liquid paraffin 3 tsps for three nights in succession
-Eat high fibre diet like fruits esp bananas&apples,green leafy vegetables ,raisins ,brans like oats,flax seeds.Avoid refined flour products like pasta,bread,noodles,biscuits.Take adequate quantity of water.Minimum 8-10 glasses of water per day.
You can take a cup of lukewarm milk with 1 tsp of ghee before going to bed everynight.
-Make habit of going to toilet at same time everyday.
-Do exercise regularly.
If symptoms persists or you have history of similar symptoms more than 3 times a month,visit gastroenterologist to rule out
irritable bowel syndrome or
inflammatory bowel disease.
