I have been on this med for two days. Now I am starting to cough up yellow mucas. I am also drinking fluids and taking a naproxen. I feel like I have a cold. I do not feel awful unless I have a coughing spell. I am being treated for atrial fibrulation, am on 2.5mg of predisone for adrenal hyperplasia. Should I wait this out at my age or go to the Dr. for antibiotics? Thank you for you kindness?
Bronchitis? which type? are u a smoker? all these information will be needed..What type of cough you have dry or productive (sputum producing).
You have productive cough then you need bronchodilators and mucolytics...like Grilinctus-BM 5 ml thrice a day. But if you have dry cough then u can take Syrup Grilinctus 5 ml thrice day. Also do chest X -ray to rule out any infection (TB/Pneumonia)
