My husband is having severe cough and having brounchus blockage he face this problem whenever there is change in weather or if he come in contact with paint smell or mosquito spray smell he immediate effect and that start with the severe cough and bulgham kindly advice can I give him mytica along with zatofen he also do smoking
Hi Thanks for posting your query on HCM I have read and understood your concern. Since his problem comes only with change in climate or when in contact with paint smell, his problem will most likely be of allergic origin.In this case, the treatment will be to avoid the allergen(what triggers symptoms). However, evaluation by a Pneumologist will be very important.A chest x ray and if need be, repiratory function tests may be requested.In the meantime, the following may help: -Avoid triggers like paint smell, cold, dust... -Take an anti-histamin like benadryl and a steroid like prednisolone and a mucolytic like carbocysteine 5 % If his Doctor feels his symptoms may be of infectious origin, antibiotics may be prescribed.
