How Can Chronic Cough Be Treated?
I have a hacking cough in the sternum region and it has been going on for over 10. weeks. It gets worse in the afternoon. I have been to primary care Dr. 3x I was prescribes 2 different courses antibiotics teslon pearls, guafenison, nasaquart but no relief. During my last visit, I asked the Dr. if I could adjust my antihypertensive - Lisnipril, He agreed...3 weeks have passed and still no consistent relief - Non of Dr s are hearing anything abnormal in my chest - Minimal amount of clear sputum are excreted during coughing spell - I do not smoke, no history of asthma, no know allergies.

I have verry simple and very effective home remedy for you from indian ayurveda part. Whenever you suffer to congestion in chest or feel cough , just take 2 tsp pure ginger juice mix with 1/2tsp honey and keep take it. Don't drink water after that at least for 20 minute. Hard to harest cough will down to this remedy. You can use 2-3 time of same dose
