Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

What you said that he has again cough and his swallow is not ok , this warns me that if he still has problems with swallowing leading to aspiration and the cough , this can be a bit serious , so what i would suggest you take him to the doctor to check his swallow ,whether his swallow is safe or not.this can be done by a speech therapist as well ,if swallow is not safe ( if he coughs up on eating or suffocates with eating). I would advise not to feed till his assessment .'hopes i have answered your query any further explanation needed would be happily provided.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
