Coughing in young babies as yours three months old could be due to : - Respiratory issues (which has been ruled out by her pediatrician; lungs are clear) - Acid reflux - Increased production of saliva as this is the period for teething. -The Mucolite syrup contains ambroxol, which is mucolytic, it will help dissolve phlegm and reduce salivation. -Raise her head from shoulders up to ease sleep.
