How Can Chronic Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

Hi, my wife is 66, and has had a fill hysterectomy a number of years ago. She also had her gall bladder removed. She is suffering from chronic diarrhea, gas and bloating. And she has vaginal bleeding issues. Not all the time, but frequently enough to be problematic. I m wondering if fibroids could be the culprit, but don t know if they can still exist since she had a full hysterectomy. Thank you.

She maybe suffering from malabsorption syndrome which can present as abdominal bloating, diarrhoea,gas formation.there are various causes like coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, digestive enzymes defeciency etc.If she had undergone hysterectomy then she can't get fibroids .It is mostly malabsorption syndrome which needs evaluation.
