Hi,

You have been prescribed anti secretary medication for diarrhoea that is racecadotril. You can continue this medication for a few days. Meanwhile, maintain hydration with lots of water.

If no Improvement than underlying causative agent should be identified and for that stool routine micro examination and culture can be done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
