As per your clinical history, is concerned please follow like this- Do clinical examination by your doctor [Gastro] and to rule out any pathology do few investigations like [CBC with differential and stool examination (RE/ME/Culture)]. Do follow lifestyle modifications like this- 1) Try to avoid dairy products. 2) Try to buy lactose-reduced or lactose-free products. You can find these products at most supermarkets in the refrigerated dairy section. 3) Using lactase enzyme tablets or drops. Over-the-counter tablets or drops containing the lactase enzyme (Lactaid) may help you digest dairy products. You can take tablets just before a meal or snack. Or the drops can be added to a carton of milk.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
