How Can Chronic Fatigue And Anemia Be Treated?
Something has completely zapped all of my 37 year old daughters energy. She is taking iron for ennimia but it is not bringing her energy levels back. She has stopped menstruating. Doctors have run scans and blood work and have ruled out tumors or cancer. Could her auto-immune issues be at play? If so, what natural remedies could she try?
