Hello,

Chronic hives commonly occur when you do not recognize the factors that trigger it & get into contact with it.

Alcohol, exposure to heat, strenuous exercises, stress, latex allergy, some food like shellfish, nuts, eggs, chestnuts may trigger hives or make them worse.

Cut on addictions if any, maintain a healthy weight & active lifestyle. Avoid irritants & use herbal products above cosmetics(made from chemicals).

Take non-sedating antihistamines. You can apply turmeric-based ointment(or paste) in the area affected. It helps.

For acid reflux take antacids & PPI's. Avoid oily, junk food(no frozen or packed food). Take small meals in time. Maintain a healthy weight. Take fresh food & fruit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
