How Can Chronic Insomnia Be Treated?

Hello. I have been waking up every other hr throughout the night. I wake up, grab something to eat and go back to bed. This is a constant thing for me, throughout the night; which then leads to the same pattern during the day. I take Liothyronnie, Escitalopram, B-12 @10:30 every morning and Aripiprazol & Quetiapine at night @9pm. I have gained over 50 lbs in the past 3 yrs and feel that now I have a severe eating problem - especially since I m basically eating in my sleep. What do I do?
