How Can Chronic Insomnia Be Treated?

I need a strong sleeping pill..I have not been able to see more than an hour or two a night for 6 months I have tried over the counter pills and pills from my doctor nothing works I have gotten traxdone and zolpidem tartrate nothing is working can you help YYYY@YYYY

See first elaborate your complaint because most of times insomnia suggests some mental disturbance like tension,anxiety due to job,family, problem etc so firstly try to look up at that .Then if allopathic drugs are not helping you out you can try ayurvedic syrup Sankhpuspi 2 spoon at night with equal amount of water .
