Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have a couple of ideas for you :
1) Sleep hygiene- Don't lie down to start sleeping till you feel you are actually tired.
2) Avoid any caffeine after 5 pm.
3) Work out, run, any form of exercise to tire you out adequately.
4) Avoid any pills you need for sleep until absolutely necessary.

If these non-pharmacological therapies do not workout, then you could ask your doctor for some pills. Even then, limit using them.

I hope this helped.
