How Can Chronic Neck Pain Be Treated?

My daughter has been having pain in neck for the last 9 months, scalene are tight. She has TMJ. She has had 2 EMG s an MRA, and 2 MRI s. Her arms go numb, her scapula is winged, and her trap is atrophied. She is in constant pain and there is not one dr. That seems to offer any help other than PT. She has also seen a chiropractor for misalignment of C1/C2. Can you offer any advice?

I am really sorry to hear that. Your daughter is going through tough times. But I am afraid that I am not able to give her any medication as these condition will require only PT. no definite answer to this. Give her assurance that may help her.
I find this answer helpful
