How Can Chronic Osteoarthritis Be Treated?

hello, basic over view is 42 yr male. been diagnose w/ fibro/chronic pain, osteoarthritis, but I have been having recent chronic sever headaches. the best way to describe is like my head is expanding from the inside beyond it capabilities. also having vertigo, loss of concentration. also my bones in my legs have been feeling like fire. both new symptoms have been going on and off for 2 months. I do have appt. but trying to see if something I can do to help with pain management till I get there. not sure what going on if it a new symptom to fibro/chronic pain or new illness.

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.
