How Can Chronic Pain And Extreme Sensitivity On The Skin Be Treated?

I have ME for 21 years, I am bedbound 75% of time & the rest of time housebound. At the moment I take ketamine & methadone for chronic pain,have tried fentanyl & dehidrocodine for years but they stopped working,hence ketamine & methadone & diazepam since January this year. I take other meds for the other conditions that this relentless illness throws at me. Any ideas for pain relief as nothing seems to work for me, I think I have a high tolerance for pain meds so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Also skin is extremely sensitive,cannot wear normal clothes or have bed clothes touching me as it s too painful. Honestly any suggestions that my dr & I could explore would be greatly received as nobody really knows what to do with me. Hope to hear back from you soon, thanks,. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
