Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your query you have symptoms of clogged right ear which seems to be due to excessive loud noise leading to tympanic membrane perforation and could be due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get complete examination done by using otoscope and get high and low pitched sound tests done and start treatment with proper course of antibiotic. Doctor may perform cleansing of ear. Till now give warm compresses to ear 2-3 times a day. Avoid excessive use of mobile from that side and take rest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
