How Can Cold And Cough During Pregnancy Be Treated?

I am 14 week pregnant.Some day before I was having viral fever and cold and cough.By Dr s advice I took ampilox antibiotic.Now I am not having any fever.But cold and cough is still there.I cannot eat anything.If I eat I use to vomit .What should I do?I feel weak internally.I am having domstal.Is it Ok? Hello,

The symptoms are due to minor viral infection and will settle by itself. As of now, you can use saline nasal drops for symptomatic relief. Antibiotics and anti-cold meds are not recommended as they can harm your baby.
